Cancellations
Due to the instant nature of digital product delivery, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and the product has been delivered or made available for product download or product access.
Refunds for Digital Products
Given the digital nature of our products, they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we generally have a no-refund policy. All sales are considered final.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. We may consider a refund under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive a delivery email from us with a product access informations.
